Real Time Soutions Pvt. Ltd. is a design and manufacturing company based in Nepal. We are looking for a procurement and logistiscs Junior officer. She / He will be handling local and international procurement and logistics for raw materials.
We prefer trying out fresh in-experienced highly motivated people.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire procurement cycle from RFQ to logistics
- Handle export logistics
- Coordination with manufacturing, project exectution team for procurement activities
- Negotiate and contract
- Assessment of suppliers and service providers
- Online research on raw materials / prices / quality
- Process government approvals
- Maintain fixed assets
- Vehicle management
Must Have
- Motivated to learn new domain knowledge
- Organisational skills on handling tasks and meet deadlines
- Patience in handling government process
- Understandable written English
- Good computer and typing skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge in electronics components
- Experience in using ERPs
- Good written and spoken english
- Strong analytical skills
